I decided to start off the new year with a CGI abstract wallpaper consisting of twisted colors, since I recently developed a taste in abstract wallpapers. I also decided to have a Google desktop sidebar after noticing that ~ZevSenesca7777 has one on the screenshot of his desktop. Mine consists of a day/night analogue clock, a flip calendar, a daylight map, a weather globe, a moon phase indicator, and a Google search bar. In case you're wondering, I decided to take this screenshot with the clock on the daylight map in 24-hour mode and the temperature on the weather globe being shown in degrees Celsius so that the vast majority of people who use the metric system can understand it, especially since the Internet is worldwide and not purely US-rated.

Update: I decided to make a few minor alterations by changing the document, computer and recycling bin icons back to their standard formats after noticing that they were still in their forms from the Japan-themed desktop I had over the past six months.
